Appointments may be made by telephoning 0151 426 5253 or by calling at the surgery. If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible as this will assist in over-subscribed situations.

Out of Hours
If you require urgent attention outside normal hours please telephone the surgery number and you will be seen by one of the doctors or a deputising doctor.

Test Results
We are now linked to the laboratory at Whiston Hospital and as such receive test results electronically. If you have undergone tests or x-rays ordered by the practice, we will inform you of the results at your next appointment.

The surgery runs an appointment system. However, our system is flexible. If you feel you need to see a doctor urgently please ring or call into the surgery. You may have to wait a little while to see the doctor but we will do our best to fit you in as soon as possible.

Please remember, that if your problem is not considered to be an urgent medical emergency, the doctor reserves the right not to see you and may ask you to make the next available appointment.
