Patient Access

We have a new system called 'Patient Access' You can order your prescription directly to the doctor by clicking the following link if you have registered with the system..

To register with Patient access you must come to the surgery and ask at reception for your unique log on.

Nice_blue_pillsRepeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor’s discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment. Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made in the following ways:

If you are genuinely housebound, we will, of course, take your request over the telephone (please telephone the appropriate surgery number.) If you have a problem, the reception staff will be happy to help during the times listed above. We are unable to take orders or issue repeat prescriptions at weekends, public holidays or out of normal surgery hours.

Please allow two complete working days before collection and make allowances for weekends and public holidays.

Prescriptions handed into the surgery after 3pm will be processed the following working day then the normal 48 hours will apply thereafter.

It would be very much appreciated if you could bring your repeat prescription computer printout into the surgery. We will, however, always help you in obtaining your prescription if you feel your request is urgent. The doctor or practice nurse will review patients at regular intervals just to see how you are progressing.
