Appointments can be made online using Patient Access on your computer or smart phone - Please bring 2 forms of ID and ask for your unique log in details at reception.

If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible as this will assist in over-subscribed situations. We have a missed appointment policy and if you miss 3 appointments within 12 months we will remove you from our list.

The surgery runs an appointment system allowing patients to book appointments same day, a week in advance and online.

Please remember, that if your problem is not considered to be an urgent medical emergency, the doctor reserves the right not to see you and may ask you to make the next available appointment.

If you have not been seen within the last three years, we will be very happy to offer you an appointment with a doctor or practice nurse for a full medical. Please ask at reception for details.

Home Visits

If possible please try to telephone reception before 10am if you require a home visit.

A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre so where possible please try and attend at Surgery to be seen by a health professional.

The practice have 4th year medical students on placement at the practice throughout the year.

We may ask your permission for them to sit in on consultations.

This provides an invaluable aspect of their undergraduate training.

They will always be under supervision and will make no decisions regarding your treatment.
